This is RAW LAND - NO ACTIVE PIT - drilled and lab-tested for future aggregate development. DRILLING & LAB: PASS report includes four 65-foot subsurface core borings (B-1 through B-4) with 9 Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCS) tests. Results: • B-4 @ 5-10': 4,913.49 PSI (16,376 lbs load) • B-1 @ 45-50': 4,630.76 PSI • B-2 @ 40': 4,380.44 PSI • B-1 @ 30-35': 4,301.51 PSI • B-1 @ 55-60': 4,100.7 PSI • B-3 @ 27-35': 3,153.11 PSI • B-4 @ 25-40': 2,455.45 PSI • B-3 @ 50': 2,304.9 PSI Compressive load is max load to break sample.
