The Property is currently zoned A-R (Agricultural Residential). Included in the documents are two PDFs with emails from Terry Satterwhite, Planning and Zoning Administrator, for the Town of Louisburg with information regarding the comprehensive plan as well as information regarding water and sewer lines/pipes.
