John Fondale, Managing Director
John Fondale is a Senior Vice President focusing on the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Stockton / Sacramento, California, area. He specializes in industrial sales and leasing for local, regional, national and international clients. His expertise in manufacturing and
distribution space and his background in market research have led to successful representation of both Property Owner and Tenant clients. Prior to joining the Sacramento office, John was with TRI Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. since it merged with Sylva-Kirk & Company in

Mac Hewett, Executive Managing Director
Mac specializes in “big box” industrial real estate throughout the Inland Empire, Central Valley, and greater Southern California markets. Mac’s client services include providing Tenants and Landlords with expert leasing and sales representation, transaction advisory, and valuation of industrial facilities He was one of JLL’s Top Ten Brokers in the Los Angeles Region in 2018, 2019, 2020, & 2021.

Michael Matter, Vice President
Mike Matter is a Vice President with JLL in the Central Valley office. Since the start of his career in 2004, Mike has transacted across most major product types throughout the country. Greg attended the University of Colorado where he acquired a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
In 2013, Greg was a founding member of the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Roundtable, an organization established to provide awareness of the resources that exist for manufacturers in the area, and a continued forum for discussion of key issues.
Greg is a board member of Joint Venture Silicon Valley and an associate member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), the leading trade association for corporate real estate executives focused on an industrial portfolio.  He is also a member of the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Roundtable and the Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Greg lives in San Carols where he is on the Economic Development Commission, and coaches youth soccer, softball and baseball.
