Jerry Ramshaw, Jr. has been president of Ramshaw Real Estate since its founding in 1988. He is a lifelong resident of Champaign, Illinois, and graduated from the University of Illinois in 1981 with a major in Urban Economics. He has had extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development, management and construction.
Among Jerry Ramshaw, Jr.'s notable accomplishments are the renovation and rehabilitation of the South First Manor Apartments (now Ashton Woods); development of Trade Centre South and Radisson Suites Hotel; restructuring and management overhaul of the Illini Plaza commercial complex on South Neil Street; and development of Briar Cliff IV and Turnberry Ridge subdivisions.
Ramshaw, Jr. is a registered broker with the State of Illinois, a member if the National Association of Realtors, National Association of Realty Property Management, Champaign County Apartment Association, and Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors.
Jerry and his wife Christie are life-long residents of Champaign. They have four children and two grandchildren.
