With over a decade in real estate and a background in sales and client service, I specialize in solving complex property situations that many agents avoid. My experience includes navigating difficult transactions involving title issues, tax delinquency, notices of default, short sales, and distressed properties.
I’ve helped clients resolve non-paying tenant situations, negotiate multiple liens and spot loans for significant reductions, and coordinate the many moving parts required to close challenging transactions. From securing funding for projects to managing contractors, movers, and vendors, I take a hands-on approach to making sure problems get solved and transactions move forward.
My early career in sales shaped my commitment to communication, attention to detail, and providing clients with clear options so they can make confident decisions. Real estate can be complicated, and I pride myself on being the person clients rely on when the situation isn’t straightforward.
Outside of work, I’m a family man who values time with my children and staying close with my parents. Those values carry over into how I treat my clients—with honesty, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping them succeed.
