Aaron Banks is a member of the Western U.S. Capital Markets team, led by Kevin Shannon, Co-Head, U.S. Capital Markets. Based in Los Angeles, Banks specializes in industrial investment sales, land dispositions, and development joint ventures. During his tenure at Newmark, Banks has successfully transacted on $5 billion worth of industrial real estate on behalf of private equity funds, REIT’s, regional and national developers, and private capital groups.
Prior to joining Newmark, Banks worked for Stiles Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, FL focusing on acquisitions and development throughout the Southeastern United States.
