Aaron Hoffman, Vice President of Acquisitions and Investments, leads all acquisition, investment and development opportunities for GNP Realty Partners. Aaron leverages his extensive market knowledge and experience sourcing, underwriting and capitalizing real estate projects to advance GNP’s investment strategy throughout the country.
He brings diverse real estate investment experience to GNP involving large multifamily projects. Among them is the pre-development and capitalization of a $130 million multifamily 342-unit high-rise development in Chicago. He also has direct experience in the hotel, retail and short-term rental space, where he explored the acquisition of buildings encumbered by long-term fixed leases. Aaron skillfully applies this experience to successfully close on real estate investments throughout the country while utilizing GNP’s existing management, construction, security and asset management portfolio.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from The Ohio State University and is an Ohio licensed real estate broker. Aaron is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
