Bio
Aaron Lazovik co-founded Obelisk Real Estate Partners in 2024. Previously, Aaron served as Managing Director at Acram Group in 2018 to lead Acram's acquisitions nationally focusing on office, multifamily, development and industrial.
Prior to joining Acram, Aaron managed west coast acquisitions at Brickman Associates, a private equity fund focused on office/multifamily/industrial assets in gateway markets completing almost $2 billion in transactions throughout the country. In addition to deal sourcing and execution, Aaron managed business plan execution through property asset management.
Prior to joining Brickman, he worked in commercial lending at Anglo Irish Bank, Credit Suisse and Wachovia responsible for loan origination, underwriting and loan workouts/restructures.
Aaron is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and currently sits on the UDMUC Red Council. Aaron received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in lower Manhattan with his family.
