Aaron Lerman is a Managing Partner and is responsible for underwriting, capital markets, investor relations, and portfolio management.
Mr. Lerman has 9+ years of experience in commercial real estate and structured finance and has executed 75+ loans totaling $2.7 billion, and underwrote $14 billion of multifamily transactions.
Previously, Mr. Lerman was an SVP of Acquisitions at Cedar Grove Capital. He began his career as a commercial mortgage broker at Meridian Capital Group.
He earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Iowa in 2006.
