Bio
As Head of Asset Management, Aaron Russell oversees all aspects of asset performance for the Firm and its management team, including strategic planning, annual budgeting and reforecasts, management of third-party property management, and leasing, dispositions, refinances, and portfolio manager communications. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2014, Mr. Russell was director of asset management at CSM Corporation in Minnesota and a senior asset manager at Principal Real Estate Investors. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Central College and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
