aron Sherman is a founding partner of Stillwater Capital, where he oversees the company’s development and investment activities.
Stillwater has become a market leading development company with expertise in multi-family, single family, mixed-use and industrial projects. Stillwater has led the successful development of over $1B worth of completed projects.
Throughout the course of his 20 plus year career in real estate, he has participated in the acquisition, development and disposition of assets of almost all product types. Prior to forming Stillwater Capital, Sherman spent the first 10 years of his career with Hillwood, a Perot Company.
In his free time, you can find him at youth sporting events, golfing and enjoying family and friends. He resides in University Park with his wife, Amy, and their three sons.
