Aaron Ulinder is a founding partner of Lennard Commercial’s Vancouver office and a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in office leasing and investment sales, advising occupiers and investors on strategy, execution, and long-term portfolio performance.
Prior to joining Lennard, Aaron held senior roles at a global brokerage in Vancouver, leading some of the region’s more complex office mandates, sublease restructurings, and investment transactions. His clients include corporate occupiers, professional services firms, educational institutions, and private and institutional investors across Canada.
Known for his analytical approach, direct communication style, and ability to align multiple stakeholders, Aaron is often engaged on assignments where timing is tight and stakes are high.
