Ms. Goldenfarb joined Trinity in 2004 and is a Vice President. Her projects include One Canal, a 310-unit luxury residential building in Boston; Avenir, a 241-unit building in Boston, Boston East, a 200-unit development on the East Boston waterfront, the Appleton Mills, 130 units of affordable artist housing, and 110 Canal Street, 55,000 commercial SF in downtown Lowell. Ms. Goldenfarb’s responsibilities include leading teams through the permitting, financing, closing and marketing phases of the development. Ms. Goldenfarb received a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
