Abby Robinson is the Chief of Staff at S2 Capital, where she plays a central role in driving strategic initiatives, operational alignment, and executive-level coordination across the firm. She joined S2 Capital in 2025 following the acquisition of Fort Capital, where she had steadily advanced over more than seven years, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations & Marketing. In her current role, Abby partners closely with senior leadership to support firmwide execution across S2’s multifamily and industrial platforms, bringing a deep understanding of operations, integration, and organizational leadership shaped by her experience scaling a high-growth real estate platform.
Before her tenure in real estate, Abby built a strong foundation in brand strategy, marketing, and client services through roles at Southwest Airlines, DigitasLBi, The Richards Group, and mcgarrybowen in both Dallas and New York. She began her career in account management and brand development, working with nationally recognized brands and developing a reputation for disciplined execution and cross-functional collaboration. Abby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, and her career reflects a consistent trajectory of leadership, combining strategic insight with hands-on operational expertise across marketing, growth, and enterprise management.
