Abby Ruzevich joined Mid-America in July of 2024 as an associate broker for the Tenant Representation and Urban Teams. She is working along side Principals Lara Keene, Brian Adams and Steve Frishman; focusing on both urban and suburban landscapes. As an associate broker, Abby is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive retail market knowledge across the Chicago MSA. This includes conducting thorough research on companies, retailers, properties, and industry-specific trends. Additionally, she actively supports senior brokers in generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts. Abby collaborates with senior brokers on crafting new business proposals, creating leasing materials, coordinating property showings, and assisting in transaction negotiations and documentation.
