Abe specializes in landlord representation and retail leasing throughout Texas, advising property owners, developers, and investors on strategies that maximize asset value through strategic leasing, tenant mix optimization, and development positioning.
Over the course of his career, Abe has leased more than 4 million square feet of retail space, representing a diverse range of assets including single-tenant properties, multi-tenant shopping centers, and grocery-anchored centers. He has built a reputation for driving leasing momentum, structuring creative transactions, and securing high-quality regional and national tenants that enhance long-term property performance.
Abe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker since 2020 and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
