Abe Gross joined Capital Property Partners in 2017. Mr. Gross will be responsible for leasing and sales transactions primarily in the Borough market. Mr. Gross is a specialist in all phases of the real estate business including acquisitions, dispositions and the leasing of industrial, retail and commercial properties. With over 30 years’ experience, he has initiated and been directly involved in some of the largest transactions in the tri-state region as well as accomplishing an international sale over the past decade. Mr. Gross was awarded the 2007 CBRE Long Island “Silver” Award and the 2012 CoStar Top Power Broker Award.
