Adam Berger serves as Vice President of Property Management for the Central Region including Colorado, Texas, and Arizona. With over nineteen years of multifamily and investment management experience, Mr. Berger has operated varying types of real estate ranging from garden-style suburban to high-rise downtown assets in multiple markets.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Berger served as Regional Vice President with Alliance Residential Company overseeing the Denver portfolio. Specializing in building and maintaining top-performing teams, Mr. Berger has overseen the development and lease-up of a dozen communities along with multi-million dollar capital plans on repositioned assets within his designated portfolio.
Mr. Berger holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. He also holds his Certificate of Property Management (CPM) designation through Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and his Certificate of Apartment Management (CAM) designation through National Apartment Association (NAA).
