Bio
Adam has four years of commercial real estate experience, working in various key areas of the business. Adam joined Disney Investment Group in 2013 as an associate where he works directly with David Disney. Adam is responsible for the underwriting and marketing of all sales transactions. Throughout his career, Adam has valued more than $2.4 billion in commercial real estate assets throughout the country. Prior to joining Disney Investment Group, Adam was a development associate intern at Endeavor Real Estate Group in Austin where he performed market research, construction budgeting, and Argus valuation duties. Most recently, Adam worked as a financial analyst
with the capital markets group at Jackson & Cooksey where he was responsible for identifying sale leaseback opportunities for investment grade companies as well as the underwriting and creation of investment packages.
A native of Fort Worth, Adam received his BS from Texas A&M University in College Station and received his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas
at Austin. Adam is certified in Argus and is a licensed salesperson in the state of Texas. Adam resides in Fort Worth with his wife of six years. In his spare time, Adam can be found enjoying the outdoors or reading a good book.
