Adam Hertz brings over a decade of diverse real estate experience, spanning commercial, multifamily, residential, and land sales as well as real estate development. Alongside his wife, Brittni, he has built The Hertz Team into a top-performing group with over $100 million in annual sales volume. Adam’s development background includes entitling and delivering residential, commercial, and multifamily projects worth tens of millions of dollars throughout Western Montana. Before transitioning to real estate sales, he worked in mortgage lending and wealth management, an experience that adds depth to his financial insight and strategic guidance for clients. Adam has also served his community in public office as a former member of both the Montana House of Representatives and the Missoula City Council. He was appointed by Governor Greg Gianforte to the Montana Board of Housing and the Governor’s Housing Task Force, where he contributed to shaping statewide housing policy that received accolades nationwide and was dubbed the "Montana Miracle" by Bloomberg.
