Mr. Ilbak is keen on being a part of a dynamic team to help IGP grow and develop. He optimizes business growth by leading sales with client-relationship management and tracking new markets with emerging trends. Additionally, he guides long-term objectives to meet business needs/requirements by developing strategic partnerships and recommending new products/services.
His meticulous oversight of financial statements, sales, activity reports, and performance data allow the business to accurately measure productivity. Thus, promoting goal achievement and determining the areas that need cost reduction or program improvement.
He accurately prepares budgets and approves budget expenditures, allowing IGP to maximize returns on investments and productivity. Therefore, ensuring continuous operations by constantly directing and planning the implementation of new policies, objectives, or activities.
Prior to joining IGP Business Group, Mr. Ilbak served five years as the CEO of Royal Properties.
Mr. Ilbak received his Business Management Degree from The American University of Cyprus and continued his studies at The USC Marshall School of Business.
