Most recently, Adam worked in-house as Director of Acquisitions at Storage Rentals of America, one of the nations largest privately held self-storage owner-operators. During his tenure at SROA Capital, Adam helped source off-market deal flow opportunities through relationships that span the industry from individual to institutional owners.
Prior to SROA Capital, Adam held a business development and acquisitions role with Calidus, a West Palm Beach based Private Equity Real Estate firm. There he helped grow Calidus' partnerships with Collegium Capital Partners and Elite Stor Capital Partners, now known as Storage Rentals of America, with their respective efforts to acquire new assets in the Student Housing and Self-Storage sectors.
During the 2008 real estate market downturn, Adam worked with Wood Partners and Related ISG in the disposition of class A condominium assets in Central and Southern Florida.
