Adam Morgan is a Chartered Surveyor with over 5 years of experience in the Adam Morgan is a Chartered Surveyor with over 13 years’ experience in the asset management of UK industrial property. He qualified at Hansteen Holdings plc, having previously worked at general practice firm Turner & Company in Herefordshire.
Adam joined Hansteen in 2013, where he specialised in industrial asset management. Following qualification, he was appointed Regional Manager for Yorkshire in 2015 and became Regional Manager for Yorkshire and the North East in 2017. His responsibilities included overseeing regional teams focused on lettings, lease renewals, value enhancement initiatives and asset disposals. He joined Ribston in April 2018 and is currently Senior Asset Manager.
