Adam Moschin has been with MoRE Properties Group since its founding in 2022. As Principal, he leads the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives, including design, financing, construction management, and leasing strategy. His deep experience working directly with tenants informs his approach to acquisition, development, and redevelopment across MoRE Properties Group’s portfolio.
Prior to MoRE, Adam was a partner at Elliss Park Partners and held leadership roles as Vice President of Leasing at Clark Street Real Estate and Tucker Development. Throughout his career, he has overseen leasing for a wide range of retail properties across the Midwest and East Coast, and brings expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, architectural planning, construction, and property management.
