Mr. Naparsteck is responsible for the firm’s capital markets (equity) and investor relations efforts, focusing on managing client and consultant relationships, new business development, and client service. Mr. Naparsteck joined High Street in 2018 after 12 years in industrial real estate brokerage, most recently at NAI Hiffman. He has represented a number of institutional clients including Blackstone, Liberty Property Trust, First Industrial, and Dermody Properties. Mr. Naparsteck primarily focused on sale-leasebacks of institutional quality assets, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial facilities. Mr. Naparsteck is active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and a member of the DEI Committee of the Chicago Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
