Adam is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor who began his career at UK Coal plc in 1995, transitioning from Tarmac Construction to support development and infrastructure projects across the mining sector. Following the closure of mining operations, he played a key role in transforming former sites into thriving business parks. Now serving as a Project Manager within the Development team, Adam focuses on regenerating the company’s brownfield land portfolio. His work involves unlocking residual value through demolition, recycling, and reclamation, alongside overseeing full site remediation and the installation of primary infrastructure.
