Adam has been active in the Greater Vancouver commercial real estate market since 2007, specializing in industrial and investment properties across the Metro Vancouver region. He brings a diverse real estate background, including experience in property management, leasing, and sales. In his previous role as Head of Asset Management, Adam oversaw a commercial portfolio exceeding $150 million in British Columbia, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of the needs of tenants, landlords, and investors alike.
