Adam B. Rosenfarb joined MSC in 2019 as a Partner and Managing Director. Mr. Rosenfarb’s 23 years in Retail Real Estate made him a natural fit to head up MSC’s Mid-Atlantic suburban practice group. His vast network, experience and relationships make him a natural fit to continue the expansion of MSC’s footprint in both the landlord and tenant side of suburban brokerage. In his role as Partner and Managing Director of MSC, Mr. Rosenfarb is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company’s suburban practice, business development and management of the firm’s suburban transactional brokerage division.
