Bio
Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2004, Adam has held a variety of positions focusing on transactions and client services. After several years as a commercial real estate appraiser and mortgage underwriter and obtaining his MBA from Columbia University, Adam transitioned to dealmaking, working for both property owners and occupiers. In his career, Adam has executed transactions on over one million square feet of commercial real estate.
Adam spent several years on the Executive Leasing team at Simon Property Group, the country’s largest REIT, concentrating on lease transactions with some of the largest retail tenants in Simon’s portfolio. Adam then transitioned to WeWork as a Vice President and the fifth in-house real estate employee, spearheading the company’s growth in major cities throughout the US and Canada. Most recently, as a Managing Director at the Hudson Bay Company, Adam helped to lead the leasing efforts of a 5 million square foot portfolio of commercial real estate undergoing a conversion from retail to new uses such as healthcare space.
Adam joined the Albany office of CBRE Upstate NY in August 2023 and is focused on providing a full range of real estate advisory and transactional services for his clients
