Passionate about building strong teams and systems, Adam has a diverse background in commercial real estate, including construction management for a national GC, an owner’s rep for a regional development firm, and a green building consultant. Immediately prior to joining DDG, Adam spent eight years at a global brokerage company where he executed over $2B in sales transactions, earning Investment Sales Team of the Year honors in 2020 and 2022 from the Commercial Association of Brokers. A Portland enthusiast, Adam is active with the Urban Land Institute, and was formerly on the Board of Community Energy Project.
