Adam Vellano is a Principal Broker at Compass and has been a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years. Before joining Compass, he was the West Coast Sales Manager of BEX Realty, and before that, he was the broker and owner of Vellano Realty Group with offices in Manalapan and Juno Beach. Adam possesses a great deal of real estate knowledge, leadership skills, strong core values, and experience in developing new markets. While maintaining a leadership position, Adam also values teamwork and focuses on helping his team excel.
In addition, Adam is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and member of the Florida REALTORS Faculty. He provides extensive training on lead conversion, technology, social media, farming, and contract negotiation. He also serves in many capacities at the Naples Board of Realtors.
