Adam Zimel is a Principal at Endeavor Real Estate Group, where he focuses on sourcing and executing retail acquisition and development opportunities. He is also involved in tenant representation for select regional and national brands across Texas.
Zimel brings more than a decade of experience with Endeavor, having spent approximately 12 years with the firm. Earlier in his tenure, he specialized in leasing the company’s shopping center developments, including Dry River District, Saltillo, Belterra Village, and The Parke. During this period, he completed over 200 lease transactions totaling more than 900,000 square feet.
He continues to work with a diverse mix of tenants, partnering with leading local concepts such as Emmer & Rye Hospitality, Healthy Pet, Honest Mary’s, and Royal Blue Grocery, as well as regional and national brands including III Forks, DSW, Market by Macy’s, and Wayfair.
Zimel is an active member of several industry organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Real Estate Council of Austin, and the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society. In addition to his professional work, he is engaged in community activities, serving as a volunteer basketball coach, participating on the Veritas Academy School Board, and supporting the Austin Stone Community Church.
