As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Adrienne is responsible for origination and recapitalization efforts for JPI, which includes identifying, sourcing, and advising on debt and equity capital for multifamily investment opportunities. Adrienne is someone who naturally loves cultivating relationships and helping others.
Adrienne has spent over two decades in real estate debt capital markets and thoroughly understands how many debt providers underwrite projects, as well as their reporting requirements and regulatory constraints. In addition, Adrienne has been a multifamily investor for many years, so Ms. Bain understands that side of the business as well.
Prior to JPI, Adrienne was a senior vice president at Citizens Bank, N.A. and, a vice president at Wells Fargo.
