Adrienne Myrick is a nineteen (19) year real estate professional, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. A member of the National Association of Realtors, She holds certifications as a sales professional (CSP), short sales (SFR), real estate own (REO); and holds her federal certification with the National Center for Housing Management as a certified occupancy specialist (COS). Adrienne Myrick has extensive executive experience in sales, leasing, marketing and property management in luxury residential communities; and section 8 housing assistance program apartments.
Adrienne Myrick began her real estate career with Burgdorf ERA Realtors where she received her real estate broker license with the New Jersey State Real Estate Commission. Adrienne Myrick also joined Baltimore Properties Corporation, a real estate development firm as Vice President of Real Estate, and a Member of their Development Committee. Ms. Myrick worked closely with the founder and CEO, developing the firms marketing, sales and acquisition strategies. Additionally as a New Home Sales Professional, Adrienne Myrick work on a 87 unit townhome project for Diversified Communities, River Walk at Rahway.
In addition to Adrienne Myrick’s career accomplishments, she became US Homes Realty’s Resident Property Manager for Middlesex Management managing three (3) luxury apartment complexes; Pike Run Village, Pike Run Meadows and New Center Greens, handling all tenant leasing and tenant retention for over a thousand (1,000) apartment units with annual gross rents of $24 million before founding Hillside Real Estate Group.
Adrienne Myrick oversees the direction and expansion of the company; and leads the development of the firm’s initiatives and geographic expansion of the firm’s real estate services. Additionally, Ms. Myrick is the Chairwoman of the Executive Committee and Management Committee of the organization; and is a advocate for Autism and the need for social investment
