As an Investment Sales & Executive Market Analyst, Agustin Peña brings a multidisciplinary approach, adding value to some of the most complex real estate deals done at Berko & Associates.
Observing his grandfather, a developer and land owner in the Dominican Republic, Agustin decided to pursue a career in real estate. He enrolled in Baruch College Real Estate and Metropolitan Development program, graduated and was specifically noted for his outstanding work in his market feasibility report which he delivered to a board of major New York developers and investors that included among others, William Newman.
Mr. Peña sophisticated approach to real estate valuation, finance and sales enables him to develop targeted programs for his clients to maximize their bottom line return on investment and growth capacity.
Mr. Peña geographical area of concentration but not limited to is the Upper East Side section of Manhattan where his dedication to continue making a positive impact in the vicinity has been appreciated by his growing and dedicated client roster.
On his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, working out at the gym, and spending quality time with his family.
