Aidan Mallovy has been a commercial real estate specialist at Avison Young since 2015, with extensive experience in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties, as well as distressed asset and receivership transactions and land development. Since the beginning of 2025, Aidan has completed over 2 million square feet of industrial leasing, with a balanced focus on representing institutional landlords and helping tenants secure space tailored to their operational requirements. He has also remained active on the sale side of the market, working with owner-occupiers and investors to complete over $150 million in acquisitions and dispositions during that period. As a Principal at Avison Young, Aidan is recognized for his ability to navigate complex transactions and consistently deliver strong results for his clients.
