With a diverse background in commercial and residential real estate, property management, environmental regulatory compliance and law, Aimée has the understanding and ability to navigate a wide variety of real estate projects. Throughout the course of her career she has managed a portfolio of corporate properties spanning from development projects, industrial and retail leases, lease negotiation and building management. She has partnered with NC Department of Environmental Quality on more than 50 environmental remediation projects, including closing 15 projects with No Further Action.
