Alan Loudermilk Jr. “AJ” joined Hunington in 2021 in the investment sale division. Prior to joining Hunington, AJ spent 4 years working within the acquisition division of a multi-family investment firm.
AJ is known as an adaptive problem solver focused on creating value and creative problem solving across the board. He has hands-on experience regarding asset management, capital markets, acquisition, and disposition transactions, in depth underwriting, due diligence, fundraising and creative marketing strategies.
AJ obtained his Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering along with a business minor from the University of Texas at Austin class of 2016 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). AJ is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
