AJ brings an extensive background in sales, marketing, logistics and supply chain management, and corporate strategy development.
AJ started his professional career as a delivery driver for the local ConAgra Foods distribution center, eventually progressing to the General Manager position. AJ has also held positions with Mack Truck leasing and was a national sales manager for a division of All-Pak, a local packaging distributor. AJ transitioned into the commercial real estate industry as a Senior Advisor with CresaPartners, then as an Associate with NAI Pittsburgh. He was promoted to the position of Vice President when NAI Pittsburgh became an office of Colliers International.
While with Colliers as Vice President of Industrial Brokerage, AJ focused a significant portion of his portfolio on energy-related companies. His primary concentration was in industrial site selection, consultation, and all leasing matters. His business development efforts resulted in the leasing assignment, and eventual sale, of the 180,000 SF Keystone Commerce Center in Warrendale PA. In 2020, AJ successfully assisted Haemonetics with their relocation to Clinton Commerce Center, a 202,000 SF single-tenant facility. In addition to the lease, he developed a list of architects and process engineers necessary to design the clean room centered facility.tarpoint Business Park.
