AJ is an accomplished asset manager with over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He joined SPP in 2015. From 2015 to 2023, was responsible for oversight of all hospitality assets. AJ has managed a diverse portfolio of hotels, from boutique to luxury brands. Beginning in 2023, AJ took on oversight of commercial assets, and now oversees the office and retail in Water Street. Originally from Chicago, IL, AJ earned a Bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Amherst College. Additionally, AJ currently sits on the Visit Tampa Bay Advisory Board.
