Al Jiwani is the President and founder of Trimark Property Group, where he oversees the company’s strategic direction, acquisitions, and development initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, and retail operations, Al has successfully grown Trimark from a single commuter service center into a diversified portfolio of hotels and commercial properties across the United States.
Al began his entrepreneurial journey in the late 1980s with Habsons Jewelers Supplies before launching Trimark Petroleum Group in 1996, which became one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading independent fuel and convenience operators. In 2007, he established Trimark Property Group to focus on real estate and hospitality investments. Under his leadership, the company has developed and acquired multiple branded hotels, including Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Staybridge Suites, and Extended Stay America Premier Suites.
