Avi has been working in the real estate field since 2002. He began as an investor, working with defaulted mortgages. This work brought him in close contact with individuals in financial distress who were behind on their mortgage payments. Avi always worked with the homeowners to create a win-win situation for them, finding the best and sometimes creative solution to help them out. This direct relationship with homeowners convinced Avi to become a Realtor in 2007. Avi excels at keeping people calm and the transaction on track, so your sale goes through as streamlined as possible.
In 2017, Avi chose to expand his horizons and open his own Real Estate Brokerage, Legendary Realty, where he guides many happy sellers and buyers to the closing table.
Avi is happily married to Cyndi and they have four boys. Avi is active in the local community and is a volunteer EMT, so if you can't reach him, he may be out saving a life.
