Alan currently manages a portfolio of c.200 properties across the south west, south Wales and south of England. His focus is on driving value from client assets and ensuring tenanted properties are being operated in line with lease terms.
Alan has experience in inspections, collecting rents, credit control, new lettings and lease renewals, rent reviews and dealing with break notices. The portfolio that he has been involved with for the past 3-years has presented plenty of management challenges and Alan has used his experience to deal with matters in a timely and efficient manner.
