Bio
Alan is an Associate within the long-established Dundee residential department, having joined Graham + Sibbald in 2006. He has an extensive knowledge of the Tayside residential markets having worked both in our Perth and Dundee offices. He graduated from Aberdeen University in 2005 before completing a Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management in 2008. As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he undertakes a variety of surveys including home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more, while ensuring the continued high level of service to clients past and present.
