Alan Clayton is a member of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Industrial Services Group and is an active member of the Logistics Practice Group.
His 26-year tenure with United Parcel Service (UPS) equipped him with an in-depth knowledge of both office and industrial construction and corporate real estate transactions.
His hands-on industry knowledge and Tenant perspective provides an invaluable asset to his clients through all phases of the real estate process.
Alan specializes in tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, built-to-suits, corporate real estate, portfolio management, land and site selection, logistics and end-user representation.
For 16 years, Alan was Corporate Director of Real Estate for UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. where he directed and provided leadership for the real estate management of a portfolio consisting of over 500 buildings and 25 million square feet.
He also has extensive development experience as he has transacted/managed the development of over 10 million square feet (build-to-suits & greenfield development).
