Alan is co-owner of CSG Partners, LLC and is responsible for sourcing transactions and new business. Alan also oversees all dispositions, marketing and leasing efforts for CSG Partners' portfolio. Alan was previously an owner of AMR Enterprises, Inc., a commercial real estate development company located in Baltimore, Maryland which developed speculative office properties. Prior to forming AMR, Alan was a commercial broker in the Baltimore/Washington corridor for 11 years transacting upwards of $425 million in deal volume. Alan is a graduate of the University of Maryland – Baltimore County (Economics and Finance).
