Alan is responsible for originating, structuring and executing investment sales transactions for institutional, corporate and private owners of real estate. His expertise includes disposition of commercial office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets. He is a senior member of Transwestern’s Capital Markets Group and oversees the San Antonio and Corpus Christi markets. Alan also specializes in professional representation of corporate users of real estate on a local, regional and national level. He is a senior member of the Tenant Advisory team, and excels at transaction consulting and development of short and long-term strategic plans for clients. Alan’s 28-year tenure at Transwestern benefits his clients by accessing the firm’s national platform through his long-standing relationships with team members of every discipline.
