Alan Kabaker is the Vice President of Development. He oversees the firm’s asset management division and development of its various holdings. With over 30 years of commercial real estate industry experience, Alan has provided consultant, project management and administrative support over various product types. He specializes in project management, having worked with several major California real estate developers to oversee the processing and management of over $1.0 billion in commercial development projects in the last 20 years.
Alan is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a member of the Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE).
