Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Shmaruk has represented numerous property owners and developers in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, restructurings, and commercial leasing, and has closed over $500 million worth of transactions. Mr. Shmaruk graduated Colgate University Cum Laude in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School at Union University in 1985 with honors.
