Alan Stenson joined Brax Realty with over ten years in the real estate industry internationally with seven years of experience in the investment advisory role of mixed-use and multifamily sales in Manhattan. He began his career in his native Ireland having worked several years in Galway City. He continued on to London, England where he was able to develop expertise in the international real estate market. After gaining a strong foothold in London, Alan moved to New York City where he began at Marcus & Millichap further developing his skills while working alongside the company’s top transactional professionals.
Over the past four years, he is responsible for over $226,000,000 worth of assets sold, placed under contract, and listed. Alan’s strength is in his thorough knowledge of the New York Real Estate market and his passion for working alongside his clients to provide in- depth property and market analyses.
Alan graduated with an Honors Bachelor Degree from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology in Property Studies. He is an active member of Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), Rent Stabilization Association, Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association. Alan is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling, reading and outdoor pursuits. He is a keen runner and has successfully finished two NYC Marathons.
